Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data processed when you visit www.houdanalytics.com. If you use the Houd Studio panel, the data the product processes from your Instagram account — and your rights over it — are governed by a separate, more detailed text: Houd Studio Data Processing Notice.

Section 5 below is a summary of that platform processing. If the two texts ever differ, the product notice prevails.

The data controller is Houd Analytics (Istanbul, Türkiye). For any question, request or application, write to info@houdanalytics.com

Company registration is in progress. Once it completes, the legal trade name, tax number and registered address will be added to this section.

The contact details you share with us (name, e-mail, your message), statistics about how you use the site, and browser cookies. Cookies are only set with your consent — see the Cookie Policy.

To provide our service, improve our systems, fix technical problems and get in touch with you when you ask us to. Apart from legal obligations, your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

When you start using Houd Studio we connect to your Instagram business account with your permission and through Meta's official interfaces. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

What we receive: metrics for your posts (reach, engagement, saves, views), your follower count and the age, gender and city breakdowns Instagram provides, and your account profile information. The identities and usernames of your followers, and your private messages, are not collected.

Why: solely to produce the analyses, reports and suggestions we show you. This data is not used for ad targeting and is never shared with other customers.

Where and for how long: on our servers in Türkiye, for as long as the service relationship lasts. It is deleted when the relationship ends or when you ask us to delete it.

Our position that your data is yours applies here too: you can disconnect at any time and ask for your data to be erased (see section 8). The detailed and binding version of this summary is the Houd Studio Data Processing Notice.

We take industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data: encryption in transit, restricted access rights, and isolation of data between customers. That said, no transfer over the internet can ever be one hundred percent secure.

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request its erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to, object to a result reached solely by automated analysis that works against you, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.

Send your application to info@houdanalytics.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

To have your account and data deleted, send an e-mail titled "data deletion request" to info@houdanalytics.com. Once we have verified your identity we delete your account, your Instagram connection and the measurement data belonging to that account.

You can also cut the Instagram connection independently of us at any time: remove Houd Studio's access from Meta Business Manager. New data collection stops the moment the connection is removed.

We use Google Analytics for visit statistics. These cookies are not essential and are written only if you accept them; if you decline, no measurement script runs. You can change your decision at any time from the footer.

If you are in the EU, your rights under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection — also apply. When the text changes, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes with it. For significant changes we also notify panel users directly.
